Payment Methods
1) Payment via Credit Card
Marblefirestudio online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard and DINERS credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security systems (SSL-256 bit and digital certification from GEOTrust.), which guarantee a secure trading environment in more than 500 major companies in the world.
You will be asked to fill out the order form, the number and the expiration date of your credit card, as well as the 3-digit number (CVV), placed on the back of your credit card. In case you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present to accept your order and to show your ID and your credit card. In this case (i.e. payment by credit card) it is not allowed for a third party to receive your order, even if he/she displays the credit card and wishes to pay with it on your behalf.
In case the order is made on behalf of a company and its details are used, then the credit card you use must be a corporate one; that is, to have been issued in the data of the respective company. Upon receipt of the order, the holder of the corporate credit card must also be present, with his/her card and ID.
Payment at your place, upon delivery of the order (Cash on Delivery)
You may pay the transport partner of our company for your order, upon receiving your delivery at your place. The cash on delivery method is valid for the following cities: Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymno) and for the rest of Greece, in case the package does not exceed 15kg and the cost of the method corresponds to 3€ (including VAT).
According to the current tax provisions, orders worth more than 500€ (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and orders worth more than 500€ (VAT included) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be settled ONLY with the following ways:
• Deposit or Transfer to a Bank Account
• Credit or Debit Card
This does not apply for Cyprus.
3) Payment via PayPal
By choosing PayPal as your payment method, you are automatically transferred to the PayPal page to complete the transaction and pay for the order. PayPal is the most well-known, secure and reliable intermediary for safe online transactions. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up here, using your debit or credit card or through your bank account.
Transactions made through PayPal relate exclusively to delivery at the customer’s site and are not combined with other payment methods. Transactions made through PayPal are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the PayPal service.

The bank deposit must be made within 48 hours from the registration of the order. If the deposit is not made within 48 hours the order is automatically canceled without notice. Any transfer costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
5) Payment by Card Through EveryPay
Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 Government Gazette B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages transaction data securely card payments, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card security management standard. Everypay is certified according to the Card Transaction Security (PCIDSS) standard. All Everypay services are provided through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports 3D Secure, an additional security feature for VISA & Mastercard cards. The Payer will then have to enter his personal secret code, in order to successfully complete the transaction
